Casual, late night shots of my friend Alex, underwater in the pool in Mazunte, Oaxaca. I knew I'd be able to capture the kaleidoscopic colors of this photograph with the scintillating light as it refracted through the water, creating the elusive vision of this work that makes its subject just out of grasp.
