Each physical Artwork by Roy Adin is paired with an NFT that serves as its blockchain registered digital certificate of authenticity, with the edition number specified. Together they form the complete work. The artwork must be accompanied by the NFT and change of ownership must be registered on the blockchain for it to be effective. For collectors without a wallet, Roy Adin may hold the NFT on their behalf. When reselling, collectors must contact Roy Adin to arrange the NFT transfer to the new owner. The new owner may request continued custody. All copyrights remain the exclusive property of Roy Adin. Out of courtesy to Roy Adin, collectors agree to offer the work to him first, and in any case not to sell at auction for a period of five (5) years from the initial purchase; this condition applies only to the first Buyer and not to subsequent owners. On completion of each resale, the Seller must remit 5% of the total sale price within fourteen (14) business days as a royalty to Roy Adin.
