Ownership Transfer Agreement:
Article 1: Ownership and Copyright Transfer
1.1 Upon completion of the purchase transaction, the seller hereby transfers to the buyer all rights and copyright in connection with the Twitter post known as "The Post."
Article 2: Rights and Permissions
2.1 The buyer is granted the unrestricted right to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and make alterations to The Post across any digital or physical platform.
2.2 The buyer is entitled to resell or transfer the rights and copyright of The Post to any third party.
Article 3: Reproduction and Alteration License
3.1 The buyer acquires a perpetual, worldwide license to recreate and alter The Post, acknowledging the buyer’s right to modify its content while maintaining the essence of the original message.
3.2 The buyer agrees to attribute the original version of The Post to the seller when reproducing or distributing altered versions, whenever feasible.
Article 4: Transfer of Copyright
4.1 The seller transfers all copyright ownership of The Post, including the right to seek protection for the copyrighted material and to enforce any infringement actions, to the buyer.
4.2 The buyer may pursue any necessary legal actions to protect the copyright and intellectual property rights of The Post.
Article 5: Liability and Dispute Resolution
5.1 The seller is not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from third-party use of The Post after its sale, including any alterations made by the buyer.
5.2 Disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration, in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the sale is executed.
Article 6: Agreement Acceptance
6.1 By purchasing the NFT titled "Twitter Post, Second Hand, Barely Used," the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this agreement, including the transfer of copyright and the permissions granted herein.
