🎨 Twisted Perceptions – The Ritual of Knowing
🖌️ CONCEPT / STORY
A solitary figure sits in meditation before an immense faceless presence, surrounded by impossible statues, open doors, fire, clouds, and a world suspended between reality and dream.
At the center, the monumental figure opens its arms while its head becomes a luminous portal—suggesting that consciousness itself may be a doorway rather than a destination.
Around them, different symbols compete for meaning: fire suggests destruction and purification, doors offer uncertain passages, while the distorted statues embody fear, observation, desire, and the hidden architecture of the mind.
The seated figure does not run from this strange world. It remains still.
The work explores the moment when searching outward ends and confrontation with the inner self begins.
