Twisted Perceptions #4689

⚡ TWISTED PERCEPTIONS – FRACTURED CONSCIOUSNESS

🧠 CONCEPT / STORY This artwork embodies the fragmentation of perception and the multiplicity of self within a single mind. Several faces overlap, intersect, and collide, forming a shattered mosaic of identity. Each fragment carries a different expression — suspicion, reflection, detachment, intensity — as if multiple internal dialogues are unfolding simultaneously.

The composition resembles broken glass, yet nothing is truly broken; it is perception itself that has splintered. These layered visages are not separate beings, but parallel states of consciousness coexisting within one individual.

Color spreads like emotional residue across each fragment. Reds burn with inner conflict, yellows flicker with unstable thought, muted greens and grays suggest erosion of certainty. The faces seem carved from memory, distorted by time and experience.

This is not a collection of portraits. It is the anatomy of a divided awareness. A mind looking at itself from too many angles at once.
