Twisted Perceptions – Digital Spirits
This piece portrays the collapse of the digital universe and the trapped beings within it. Surrounded by glitch effects, figures and silhouettes emerge, like ghosts, suspended in a world that seems to be falling apart. The neon-colored lines that draw them make it appear as though they are remnants of a once-existing consciousness, now distorted and fractured.
Each figure seems to be drifting like a lost soul, caught in a digital void. The glowing lines within them represent the mental structures and emotions that once defined them, now corrupted. The energetic bursts created by the neon lights and colors symbolize the decay and the impending end of a system.
The most prominent figure rises above the others, more distinct and brighter, like a digital "god" or a final beacon of light, yet it is surrounded by darkness and has become a distorted being. The other figures are tethered to it, connected like a network, trapped in the same decaying system.
The Twisted Perceptions collection delves into the psychological effects of modern technology. This artwork illustrates how the digital world impacts the human soul and portrays the consciousnesses lost within a collapsing system. It reflects how advancing technologies may "corrupt" the mind, leaving souls stuck in digital voids. These digital ghosts are echoes of the past, much like the fading memories of the human experience.
