Twisted Perceptions – Silent Witness
In the stillness of a snow-covered village, a cloaked figure emerges—its face replaced by a stark, leafless tree. This surreal presence is not human, but a symbol—an embodiment of memory, silence, and internal distortion. The branches stretch like forgotten thoughts, tangled and frozen beneath a pale winter sky.
The figure wears a dark, heavy cloak, closed tightly like a guarded soul. Faded leaves tinged with crimson rest on its chest—fragments of hope, or grief long buried. Around it, raindrops hang motionless in the air, as if time itself has stopped.
This piece, part of the Twisted Perception collection, explores the fragile boundary between reality and inner experience. It asks: what do we see when we look inward? A face? Or something far more tangled—something twisted by memory, emotion, and silence?
