🎨 Twisted Perceptions – The Garden Beyond the Helmet
🖌️ CONCEPT / STORY
An astronaut stands suspended between the mechanical and the organic, carrying a bouquet of impossibly dark blue roses while delicate orchids bloom directly from the machinery of the helmet.
There is no visible human face. Instead, the helmet has become a miniature ecosystem—a place where engineered metal, gemstones, flowers, crystalline petals, light, and drifting vapor coexist.
The astronaut traditionally represents humanity’s desire to leave Earth and reach the unknown. Here, however, nature has followed. It does not merely survive inside technology; it transforms technology into something alive.
The deep blue roses held against the brilliant silver suit become symbols of the unreachable: beauty preserved from an unknown world, memories carried across impossible distances, or perhaps the last flowers remaining after Earth itself has become only a memory.
The work imagines exploration not as an escape from nature, but as its continuation.
