twin monument

where once was a lake, now is a gigantic monument of floating pieces. around it, twin spirits float constantly. they were not there when the monument first appeared, i was told by the farmer that lives east from here. today is the fifteenth day of my investigation and the people around the monument are still here. they dance and they chant incessantly. a thick circle of mud has formed around it due to the dancing. less than half of them live in the village just around the mountain range, but the rest of them came from different cities, told me the same farmer. they seem to believe the monument is some kind of savior, but i could not get much information from them as they seem to be in some kind of trance, speaking unknown languages. i feel these people and the two spirits share the same faith around this strange floating menhir and, honestly, i cannot blame them. the sheer size of it is enough for someone to consider worshiping it.
