Tranquility

The coast is where I'm happiest, I've lived by the coast my entire life and always feel like I connect with it. The constant shift and change of the tide always brings something new and undiscovered. This image was taken 10 minutes from my home, I waited for the sun to dip and as it did it underlit the clouds producing these lovely pastel tones. I waited for the right wave to rush up around my feet and as it receded I tripped the shutter recording it's movement back down the beach. Just me and the ocean.
