Tiwaz "Rune of balance".Tiwaz is a warrior rune named after the god Tyr, who is the god of the north, law and justice. Tyr is related to the northern star in the Anglo-Saxon poem Rune, around which the fixed stars in the night sky revolve. Ancient sailors used the Polaris as their primary navigational tool on their long voyages, and the upward pointing arrow symbol is perhaps made in reference to this. This symbolizes the positive order of the cosmos and humanity through law and justice and our moral compass. Chaos comes to order through the attributes of awakened consciousness and the guiding principles that pertain to the accomplishment of that awakening.
