Tide Pool Dalliance

We visited Steve Island in Maine and camped overnight on kayaks this summer. The tide pools and their colors were amazing and inspired this piece. ---- We’re working to combine traditional painting with the digital art medium. Exploring what process and movement can be aided with software and code. The paint strokes are captured frame by frame with photography first and then extracted, recombined, and looped digitally. A collaboration between MaryAnn Ead (painter) and Keegan Ead (animator). Original acrylic paintings can be seen at pajaritaflora.com
