Created by painstakingly collaging bits & pieces of photos on phone with fingers. I don't recommend drawing this way but it is a great challenge! Poem of the same name below.
---This Dream Lasts----
Birds with no wings can survive in fact birds with no wings can thrive shaved off cut; this arm of earth tendrils molded to fine point, radius of nexus.
Shavings and bits in the pile of rife massed up thus high these snips and gobs remnants, pieces scrapped in the heap of dreams most treasured and prized.
Without these things, left bare to none naked in that sought, unrestrained, one thought to treasure the trove, most cast away these flurries, scurry: blind to living trusts.
As what mark we covet, what end we may choose is not fan or fare, nor dazzle and dare simple chores, those we adore plain lists, monkish we subsist.
As beneath soft skins, hidden deep within epic wars are waged, birds sit encaged so if we can say, one thing was done this day no thing was harmed, defenses unarmed.
Even love may seep out, then this without a doubt a very grand day, a most treasured way! slivers of surrender, tucked in our hats each sewn in strong, to make a vast raft with no fear as its mast; this dream lasts.
