The Waiting Monk

This exact image existed long before I actually took it. I had a clear vision on how I wanted this image to be. It took me roughly 1 year and countless weekend trips up to Bangkok were I tried to find the perfect light , subject and settings for this shot. The location was in an old, dusty and from heavy smoke filled main train station called "Hua Lamphong". To this day I love this spot and when ever I go to Bangkok I spend a good amount of time there walking around and discover all the happenings.
