THE TIDELINE captures an ambiguous landscape suspended between surface, terrain, and abstraction. Irregular forms emerge from a field of light and gradually disappear into deep shadow, creating a quiet tension between presence and absence.
Originally photographed with an iPhone X, the image was further developed in Adobe Photoshop through tonal inversion, contrast adjustment, and subtle color treatment. The limitations and characteristics of the original capture became part of the visual language, shaping the softness, grain, and restrained atmosphere of the final work.
The physical subject is intentionally left unresolved, allowing the image to exist somewhere between a landscape, a surface, and an imagined environment.
