The worker, sitting on the stairs, rolling his cheap tobacco ciggy meanwhile the public worker on the window enjoys the commodities of his office and his expensive cigarette.

One pays the salary of the other, one cannot enjoy the things that the other does, one is the working class, the other a system leech.
