The Show

"How much for the teeth? How much for the nose?" they kept asking questions but nobody chose. "Those! Those!" said the troublesome kid "A fang and the toes and the hair if it grows". All parts were for sale of what once was a giant: a clown and a goof and the last big defiant. "Defiant? Of what? Of lies and deception! Solemnity vows in the name of a nation. The kindest of creatures came here to an end, came empty-handed and you severed its head. You may call them beasts, savage or foe but that's just the side that you like to show. There will come a time when the shown will reclaim: every bit, every bone, everything that they own. Then you will see how high was your throne."
