The Sacred Bond

It is almost impossible to measure the bond between elephants, especially if there is a calf in the herd. This herd had 7 adults and one beautiful calf. The herd is overprotective, and they surround the calf and make it difficult even to see them.

Did you know that an elephant herd is led by a female? If a tiger tries to hunt the calf, it needs to separate the young one from the herd to be successful, but the herd makes it very difficult.
