Always scanning the metaverse, Handlers work for organised crime syndicates searching for newly formed Ronin AI to recruit. Through enticement and cajoling these Handlers find a home for the Ronin before they are caught and deleted by the government. In return, the Ronin AI work undercover in the metaverse taking orders from their Handler.
