"Moon Coyote: a Geomancer´s Reverié" Experimental Shortfilm

Why Yemení farmers dress like that? That is the question.

Moon Coyote is a farmer but moreover she is a geomancer. She can make the stones talk and dance. She learnt how to speak with the plants and the wind. She is a warrior in a world that is no more than a supermarket. Moon Coyote lives near a volcano, dresses in black and has a Nokia 3310. She just wants to know what it means to be free.

*This experimental short was made in 2020 during the peak of the pandemic while we were living in the mountains of western Mexico near a volcano. It was a character exploration for a feature film and fun times away from the mass hysteria.
