Alan Turing, Great Godfather of machine intelligence & cryptanalyst extraordinaire. Turing's contribution to theoeritcal computer science is incalculable. His tragedy was persecution for his sexuality, accepting chemical castration for the now defunct crime of loving anothef man he later died of cyanide poisoning.
