The Org - output

(sound on) How many of of us have worked in a corporate/business organizational setting? Have you ever noticed the language we use with one another? "How can you make more of an impact?" "How can I get more visibility?" This digital art video accompanies my performance art video "The Org," which takes place in my fictional universe "Lala Laboratories." This piece critiques the systems we all come to be a part of once we enter the company structure. We spend most of our lives working and interacting with humans this way, and once we leave at the end of the day, it would be strange to speak to our social connections this way. I believe that spending most of our days interacting in this dehumanizing manner has an effect on how we interact with further society long term. What do you think?
