The Hamsa

The hamsa is an ancient symbol found in Buddhism, Hinduism, Jewish and Muslim cultures. In all faiths, it is a protective sign. It brings health, happiness, and good fortune to its holders. It is also used to protect its owner from the "Ayin Ha'ra" as known as "The Evil Eye" which is believed to be the cause of all disease, grief, and sorrow in the world.
