The Great Knot

"The Great Knot" is an original musical composition comprised from the sounds of the first 15 Cryptosnoglyphs in the first series. Each cryptosonoglyph is a discrete work of art based upon an Egyptian hieroglyph reinterpreted through 3D animation, blending cryptography, history, image and sound—fusing one of the oldest information technologies with contemporary encryption techniques. The first series forms a poetic fragment chosen for its meaning and relevance to the entire collection.
