The Giggler

This creature is powered by the pain caused by the laughter of bullies. The more a bully teases, taunts and abuses innocent victims, the more energy The Giggler has to manifest itself in the physical realm. Once it has it's fill of this bad energy, it appears to stalk, taunt and eventually eat the bully that empowered it's manifestation.
