The Future

The tardigrade can live for 30 years or more without food or water, it can survive extreme temperatures, radiation exposure, and the vacuum of space. It's expected that they will still be around 6 billion years from now when our sun has swollen to a red giant and humanity is long gone. Having already reached the moon there's a good chance that these little adventurers will travel further still to inhabit new planets or solar systems. The future looks bright for the Tardigreats!
