The Epiphany at Ur

At the dawn of every Era, pilgrims gather at the temple of Ur in preparation for the "Miracle of Light".

Tradition gives approximate predictions about the time and place of the miracle, but never about the incident in which divinity will ascend one of the faithful in a flash.

The reason behind the divine choice remains a mystery, yet the devotees accept the risk of transmuting their vessels for the light. It is said that the event would burn the entire sky; from times beyond comprehensible perception.
