In the year 2011 I had been traveling in the northern regions of Vietnam shooting travel photos, my profession at the time, when it suddenly dawned on me that I could just as easily be shooting naked or almost naked ladies with perhaps a bit more thrill. So, I instantly shifted gears and transitioned to nearby Bangkok, which had a long history of being the sex capital of the world. Surely I could find professional models there to fulfill my fine art photo fantasies though I wasn’t willing to cross certain lines. Tribal body painting had always intrigued me and tattoos are a celebrated form of body painting. So I decided I must indulge.
