This image was captured back in 2010 prior to the inauguration of Burj Khalifa and what makes this image stand out is that it shows how empty Downtown Dubai looked back then. It felt complete yet incomplete at the same time. Other prominent landmarks such as The Address Boulevard and The Address Sky View were missing back then too.

It shows you how far Dubai has come and transformed in the last 12 years.
