Stoney Steve is the first Stonkey Frog. He lives in a swamp and loves to chill out and smoke weed. His favorite food is waffles, but he doesn't like syrup because it makes him sticky.

"I'm so stoned," says Steve. "I've been smoking for hours and I can hardly move my fingers. Can someone please pass that bag of doritos?"
