Spallation

Spallation is a process in which fragments of material are ejected from a body due to impact or stress.

This is a very personal piece of artwork for me; a visual depiction of my experience of going through a creative burnout. It's also partly based on a dream I had. It took a lot of time to create, probably the longest I've worked on a single piece of art, but in the end, the process of it was cathartic, and I enjoyed making it.
