Solstice

There is some inexplicable joy in capturing sunrise and sunsets in New York City and especially during the Manhattan Solstice aka 'Manhattanhenge'.

'Manhattanhenge' is the time when the setting or the rising sun is aligned with the east–west streets of the main street grid of Manhattan in New York City.

After many failed attempts of capturing this tremendous moment, this one time I got very lucky with the wether and the sun aligned perfectly with the 42nd street in Manhattan and created this beautiful sun rays.

Solstice is a reminder that whatever hard times you are going through will end and a new hope will rise soon.
