Snare

Frost Grape vines crawl, climb and pull apart trees and shrubs at the forest edge. A sprig of Eastern White Spruce is held in the clutches of the vine's tendrils.

Awareness of native species and invasive species dwindles with every passing year. The ebbs and flows of ecosystems unseen and unknown.

2017. Nikon D60, 55-200mm Lens.

Photographed in situ, without the use of artificial lighting or staging. Photoshop only used for resizing.
