@DolCreative - A smol tribute to, quite possibly, the biggest crook of the crew, deemed to have acted unlawfully, lined his pockets off death & suffering, generally looks like an absolute slime ball. What better way to commemorate the Tories shafting the arts again than immortalising them in smol art?
