Skullman

Skullman is a villain from a suburb of Cryptopolis dedicated to the drug business. His ultimate goal is to gain total control of the city, and that all movements are authorized by him. He grew up practically locked up in the walls of an orphanage, and when he was finally old enough to move freely, he ended up locked up in a psychiatric hospital for a crime in which he was involved without having anything to do with it. Now he seeks revenge at all costs by investigating who committed that crime, despite the fact that it may cost him his life.
