(SIPS) Big Sur, CA

Seaside Infrared Pulse System (SIPS) is an oversight, control, and regulation system of human activities along vital coastlines. Harnessing advanced infrared pulse-detection and interceptive communication technology, SIPS serves to maintain a pervasive watch over all forms of movement and communication. In extreme situations SIPS deploys Directive Pulse Array (DPA) a lethal directive pulse, permanently neutralizing targeted individuals.
