Shore Blvd Run

A drawing I made on the iPad of a person jogging in Astoria, Queens. I did this from the frequent walks I took around Queens, observing and finding motifs that were impactful to me. This scene, in particular, inspired me because of the contrast between the woman jogging and the person with the plastic bags walking towards her as a symbol of the social stratifications in New York.
