I want to dedicate my genesis piece to the power of ShivShakti. The divine couple instigates my faith in the relationship built on mutual love and respect.
The local festival Sital Sasthi of Sambalpur city is a small culture that celebrates the holy union of Shiva and Pravati in a most humanizing way. A festival, where the whole city comes together in the chilling hot of summer to dance and rejoice on the streets of Sambalpur. A 400-year-old tradition, which still thrives. The current illustration is inspired by the festival.
