A chef stands outside his restaurant late 2019 in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. With the city already at a standstill with political unrest and businesses suffering as a result, the biggest challenge still lay ahead - surviving as a restaurant during a global pandemic.

Luckily this restaurant has survived, but many like it have sadly been forced to close down forever.
