Hundreds of elephants descend from Mount Kilimanjaro every morning to graze in the wetlands and grasslands of Amboseli National Park, which is known for its elephants and Mount Kilimanjaro.
On this specific day, I was extremely fortunate to witness what you see in this photo. Around 5.45 a.m., I began my game drive. It was a gorgeous foggy morning with limited visibility. I saw about 15 elephants grazing as the sun began to rise, the sky started to show off its real colours, and the grass glistened with dew drops. The scene was ideal for a stunning photo.
To give justice to this heavenly morning, i decided to go with my wide angle, so that i can capture the entire scene in one frame. This amazing photo was taken using my Nikon D850 and 85mm lens. I can still feel the scene as if it happened yesterday; I'm not sure if I'll ever see another dawn like this. Nature is a true artist.
