Serenity Now

Waterfall photography in Tennessee is always perfect during the spring. When I approached this scene I was stunned at how grand it was, but also at how small the waterfall was. Creating this image, I used a filter to remove the water glare so you could see the rocks on the river floor. I was also enamored with the forest canopy casting neon green light through the trees. I always take a moment to stop and take in the scenes I photograph. It's true serenity. The title is a nod to my favorite show, Seinfeld.
