Self Inflicted Pain

I am my worst enemy. Hell, all these thoughts that rip me apart from the inside are made by me perpetually placing the same thought bubbles inside my head. It drives me insane but also the familiar feeling of pain comforts me lately like a "Welcome Home" doormat...

Made digitally using Free Association Drawing technique. I am fascinated with the idea of using a flat style almost like a childrens book but with a deeper meaning. Hope you'll enjoy!
