Scarab

Scarab is part of a more elegant series of illustrations I have been working on lately. It is based on symmetry and a big part of it resembles how a kaleidoscope works.The ancient Egyptians saw the Scarab as a symbol of regeneration and rebirth and was widely used as a jewel and a symbol of protection.
