Sapientia

“True wisdom comes to each of us when we realize how little we understand about life, ourselves and the world around us.” – Socrates

The title of this piece translates to wisdom.

A duality exists within this work, however. For all of the knowledge and wisdom that the human species has attained, we can’t seem to stop destroying each other, our planet - ourselves.

Within this work, I’ve tried to combine wisdom, destruction, chaos and hope. While there is much I don’t understand about the world around us, I still aim to try.
