Sakura Subdivision [NGChB]

[sakura sabdivision - north glow cherry blossom] An algorithm inspired by the blossom flower of the Cherry trees of genus Prunus.

Algorithmic component used:

• A cuboctahedron is a polyhedron with 8 triangular faces and 6 square faces to generate blossom
• A three-dimensional Voronoi diagram partitions 3D space into a set of polyhedral linked to sites
• Different type of 6 instances for 2058 petals
• Adding 3 leaves with “Sierpinski Triangles Subdivision”
• north glow colors are applied to the model All components are mixed in artistic way to generate the 3-dimensional procedural abstract form. 1024*1024 gif / 120 frames
