Sage

This work started life as a photo of a bronze sculpture I created in 1993. I isolated the figure from the background and then started a long process of change. I changed almost everything. I gave the figure long, white hair and tilted the head into something of a contemplative pose, added a new background, ran the result through several custom filters, reworked the result to restore detail, added a robe and adjusted both colors and values to arrive at this unexpected result. For me, this one image tells a very compelling, complete story.
