Rosa Amniotica I

I dreamed of a rose framed upon the wall of a grand corridor. It floated gently within a fluid housing and was significant in scale; far taller than a person.

I entered the fizzing liquid window and found myself in flight within it, faster than I could comprehend.

Process: A Sony KV-13FM12, Sony HVC-2400, Sony XV-5000, Panasonic WJ-MX50A, Panasonic WJ-MX30, Videonics MX-1, Videonics VE-1A, Sony XV-C900, Yagi AV-EC3, 2x Futek FA403 and Victor JX-C7 dreaming of each other, through each other. Final output stabilized and enhanced via For.A FA-370.

Direct capture via Canopus ADVC-110, edited in Adobe Premiere Pro, played back through a Sony KV-13FM12 and rescanned via Nikon D7100 donning an Asahi SMC Takumar 1.8/55, interfaced direct to computer via HDMI to Blackmagic Design UltraStudio Recorder 3G and OBS Studio.

Footage edited in Adobe Premiere Pro, then composed, colour graded and rendered in Adobe After Effects and converted with HandBrake.
