Retro Sci-Fi : Proof

My grandfather told the story more times than I care to recall about his visit to another planet. He claimed that when he was 12 he was picked up by a UFO which took him to a far away planet filled with all sorts of fantastic things. He even talked about making a friend while on the planet and getting a snapshot on an old film camera just before heading back. It is true that my grandfather had gone missing for just over two weeks, he had been camping and the scout master 'lost' him. Also true that when they found my grandfather, after all that time he was clean, well fed and properly hydrated, still no one believed his wild story.

My grandfather said the only proof was that photo snapped at the last minute before leaving the alien planet, but the film roll had gotten lost. Well my grandfather passed away last month and I was tasked with cleaning out the old homestead. In a worn backpack, which was found at the bottom of a trunk, I found a small box with marbles at the top. When I spilled the marbles out, I found an old, old roll of film under them. On a whim, I sent the film to be developed, they came back today. There were a few photos any pictures at all. Most of those seemed to be of a scout camp deep in the woods. Then there was this one, the proof.

I made this for the Out of this World event in the Retro Sci-fi category, but it will not be part of the contest as I could only have 2 entries. Thank you @rblbab, @tery, @Myknash @Strtsomething and the rest of the team @Tez_Town for the great event!
