Last week outside of our restaurant, Nittis on 39th & 9th, a young homeless man who lived on our street (with a son and wife who we met) overdosed on our block after ingesting a small amount of cocaine. The substance was laced with Fentanyl. If his friend had Narcan nasal spray he would have survived. We don't support drug use we are trying to give people a 2nd chance.

The next day his friends informed us of his ascending
