Rediscovering Tomorrow

Car parked. Camera in hand. Down the stone steps to the dock. Just in time. Rich, vibrant, luxurious colour. Taken in 2018, I consider this photo to represent the official start of my photography journey. During this trip, I connected with a friend who has since become my adventure buddy. Much of my photography is thanks to his willingness to seek discomfort with me.

In life, we're often uncertain of what the future holds. Even the things we think are certain, are just one surprise away from a dramatically different outcome. Imagine for a moment, a world in which everyone perfectly executes every task to reach some predetermined goal. At first, it seems like a utopia, but it would be the furthest thing from that. The uncertainty and constant unexpected changes affecting what we thought was determined, is part of what makes life so beautiful. So I invite you to welcome, with open arms, this idea that we must constantly, rediscover tomorrow.
